El Paso, man, it sucks. 

We can argue policy, science and all this other stupid ass bullshit. 

But in the thick of it, I know that is the last thing you want to hear or discuss.

I just want you all to know you are not alone.

The Something Burger

I read - as I am sure you all did too - about Rockstar Burger getting its TABC licensed suspended.

Normally, I would not give a shit. 

BUT, there is something kinda funny about it. 

It appears Dee Margo's campaign manager, Trisha Enchirito, moonlights as spokesperson or is also part owner of Rockstar Burger.

My own views aside as to how manage the Wuhan, just politically-speaking it is funny to see Dee Margo's approach of handling Wuhan bite his own campaign manager in the ass. 

That alleged friendship or relationship Dee has with the Governor or with folks in Austin sure would have come in handy to help out Enchirito.

Oh, well.

Quickly- 

• Veronica Carbajal - She did not make the run-off, but she did not have the money  that Dee had, and yet just 4 points shy of making into the next round.
• Beto O'Rourke - Damn. What can you say?  Whatever magic he once had, it is definitely lost now. 
• Tommy Gonzalez - Looks like his job is safe, at least until he is picked up by someone else. 
• Donald Trump - He did better in El Paso County than John Cornyn.  
• Dee Margo - He is definitely limping into a runoff, but the sonofabitch does have a base.  I mean who else votes for Dee other than people who really fucking like him? Make of that what you will.
