Let's face it.
Things are slow at the county compared with the City. County has less of a workload. The City has to worry about making sure that shit flows (literally), that the buses run on time, that fires are put out (literally), that you got water to clean your chones, maintain an airport, and on and on.
You would think that Veronica when not attending galas, or pimping candidates, she could have driven every once in a while to Ascarate herself for something other than a photo op and see how things were running.
