Norma Chavez Hearts Brownfield

It looks like Norma Chavez is a reader!

Norma took to facebook to warn her "friends" of "paid-for-bloggers".   She went on further to ask Max Powers: "Hey new guy with co-authors---do you have an in-kind donation in the next report for all your work ?"

Now that's just rich.  

This is the same Norma Chavez who refused to disclose the names of the lobbyists that hosted her graduation party.  

This is the same Norma Chavez who is probably violating campaign election laws with her misleading website. 

This is the same Norma Chavez who more than willingly accepted and spent $12,000 from Woody Hunt, $22,000 from Bob J. Perry and $23,500 from Texans for Lawsuit Reform, among many other Republican individuals and groups that she now rails against.

This is the same Norma Chavez that was, or is, pals with outstanding moral and incorruptible individuals like Carlos Aguilar and Fernando Parra.

But I digress.

No, Norma there are no co-authors.  This is a one-man operation.  

And, no, unfortunately, I am not getting paid.  :(

Now Norma who could barely run her own blog pulled Brownfield out-of-semi-retirement.  She is pimping his blog over-and-over again on her facebook page.  

She's desperate.  

If I were Brownfield, I would stay away from her.  We have seen what happens before when a blogger gets too close to Norma.  It all ends in a trail of tears.

Brownfield said I kissed power's ass.  If you think I can kiss power's ass, Norma Chavez would spit shine that ass clean.

I have to admit it makes me uncomfortable to be pimped by pols. I'd much rather have regular people enjoy my blog. The problem with pols liking you is that either you begin to self censor to make yourself feel more important or you continue to be honest and they get pissed if you say bad things about people they like. I will do my best to think the worst of everyone, but if I get out of line please feel free to rip me.

I do not have a problem with liking pols. For me it is like liking Tom Brady. Tom Brady knows how to kick ass and throw a football, but I am sure if I met him in real life, I'd probably think he was an asshole. Same with the pols.

Now, Norma is no Tom Brady, not even Mark Sanchez. She is more like Vince Young both had their moments to shine at UT, but once the gig was up....
