It's high time to check out what else is going on in El Paso. Yes, many of El Paso's elected officials are in Austin for "El Paso Days". Whatever. We can talk about that later. For now, let's talk about Hector H. Lopez.
What the hell, man!?!?! What is he thinking?!?!?

I don't know if Hector H. Lopez is promoting a band or this is some kinda "Occupy meets Guy Fawkes" rally ad.
What candidate drops an ad that is literally black and white, and does not include the candidate's own name on it??? It just gets better when the ad asks you to "Join Us" even though the ad never tells you what you are joining.
Hector H. Lopez is probably thinking that he is "changing the game" or that he is being "cutting-edge". But "cutting edge" is what loses elections. Not that Hector had much of a chance at winning, but still making a good run still has value.
From the looks of things, Hector is more interested in impressing his friends on the Coast than voters in El Paso.
Actually take that back. The only reason Hector Lopez is running is so he can get laid. Women are not drawn to "consultants". Women are drawn to candidates. Hector has probably been in a bit of dry spell. I cannot imagine any hot chicks want to go to Villanova so Hector cannot dangle the prospect of admissions to get laid. That and sweater vests are bascially a form of birth control. So here we are.
This makes no sense. Hector "H." Lopez loves his name. Why wouldn't he put it on his political ad? I expected a huge airbrushed picture, just like Emma Acosta.
By the way, District 3 needs to find a decent candidate. Only Emma and Lozano have filed. That is way too sad and scary. There has to be SOMEONE better. Maybe District 3 can persuade a 3-year-old to run. They would do a much better job, be much smarter, and behave MUCH better.
